The NS200-X is packed with features that deliver a complete workout in the most space constrained environments without compromising on performace or quality. Built with the same premium grade materials as their Commercial grade machines the NS200-X features a 200 lb. (91kg) weight stack that will challenge you as you progressively increase your strength training workouts.
Features include:
- Natural plane of motion allowing multiple exercises with minimal adjustments
- Strength curve matching the human body, helping you achieve maximum effort through a full range of motion.
- Adjustable range of motion, allowing you to select your correct starting position for each exercise.
- Full-range-of-motion, 11 position press station allows chest press, incline press, shoulder press and mid-rows, all from a single seat. Multiple grip positions on the press arm allow for ergonomic precision
- Weight stacks can be fitted on left or right side of machine, allowing for customisation.
- Individual low pulley station with fixed footplate.
- Upgradeable with optional strength system accessories.
